The Central Jakarta administration opens a seven-minute sermon (or kuliah tujuh menit *Kultum*) during Ramadan at the Al Fauz Mosque, which is in the local mayor's complex.
Central Jakarta Employment Sub-agency Head, Yanu Hardiyanto expressed Kultum cult activities are held every day to improve the spiritual mentality of employees, both ASN and PJLP.

He expressed it is held from Monday to Thursday for 10 to 15 minutes with different speakers and themes every day.
"We do not target the number of participants. So far, many employees have participated in the Kultum," he added.
He hoped that employees could fill their free time by gaining knowledge and strengthening their spirituality.
"Hopefully, it can be useful for all," he hoped.
